Byrd & Barrel has been online for a few years but the social media needed some TLC. Upon the first meeting with the owner, we discussed pain points and expectations that could nurture growth and even interaction. Next, we implemented a content strategy and got ultra consistent. Over a 3-month period we were able to increase their followers by 16.8%.

With the first pillar in place conversion is something that happens almost instantaneously. We crafted content that leveraged the growth we were building and paired that with promotions that were active and on the calendar. Through hyper focused copy-writing, content, and growth tracking we’ve grown a community of like minded “foodies” within the St. Louis food scene. This metric was one that we began measuring by analyzing posts that have done well previously and aiming to recreate a similar environment for the Byrd & Barrel audience.
